Granbury ISD’s EECU Customer Care Awards were presented to STARS Accelerated High School during monthly campus visits with the Board of Trustees and district administrators on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Nicole Lewis and Juanita Brawley were presented with the EECU Customer Care Awards, an award given to deserving employees. At the presentation, STARS Principal Margaret Rodriquez praised Nicole and Juanita for their dedication to the district, campus, and to the students.
Mrs. Rodriquez said the following about Nicole Lewis:
“We are excited to recognize Mrs. Lewis for her leadership, compassion, and dedication to others. She genuinely cares for staff and students, always stepping in to support those in need. Known as our “Spreadsheet Queen,” Nicole uses her creativity and organization to help our campus in countless ways. Through community service, serving as our Military Connected Liaison, and building strong relationships with all, she makes a lasting positive impact every day.
Mrs. Rodriquez said the following about Juanita Brawley:
“We are grateful to recognize Mrs. Brawley for the positive impact she has made during her first year on our campus. She has served in multiple roles, including on the BTC side and currently as a long-term substitute, always bringing consistency, commitment, and a heart for students. Mrs. Brawley encourages others, sees the good in everyone, and builds meaningful connections with those around her. We are so thankful she chose to share her time and talents with our campus community.”
The district thanks EECU for their partnership and for the gifts presented to Customer Care winners.
